Maria Petueli:
Maria has been a marine science educator since 2000. Her passion lies in watching students gain a passion for science.
Maria has experience in many areas including: formal and informal K-12 education, curriculum development, and staff and volunteer training. During the past 10 years she has been involved with four different districts and colleges and has also worked with six aquariums and marine science centers in southern California.

Qualifications and Experience:
Maria has also managed grant funded educational programs including: curriculum development, obtaining and compiling evaluation data, presenting evaluation data, working to improve program to meet funders needs, defending grant proposals to foundations, and reviewing grant applications.
